SeaWorld and Universal Studios are also within a convenient driving distance, making this home a great base for exploring Central Florida.

Inside, the townhouse offers renovated and comfortable spaces to relax after a full day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out, enjoy family meals, or simply keep your favorite food and drinks on hand throughout your stay.

The property also features an in-home washer and dryer, providing added convenience, especially for families and longer stays.

RESORT ACCESS

Emerald Island Resort is a gated community, and access is subject to a US$20 resort fee.

The fee must be paid before arrival or directly at the community entrance.

Guests must first access the community through the security gate and will then receive the code required to enter the property.

The property offers convenient access to some of Central Florida’s most popular attractions.

Walt Disney World: approximately 8 miles / about 15 minutes.
SeaWorld: approximately 14 miles.
Universal Studios: approximately 17 miles.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
