I arrive at 4 am in the morning doing a late check in, I went to Orlando for work 6 am to 8am in an event. So I left the room almost without sleep. Next night after work when I came to the room I started to realize the conditions of the room.. Pics on their post are not true at all, this place is terrible, is nasty, I got mold in my room, roaches, old food inside the microwave. They fixed the shower with a piece of rubber on the floor to cover the holes instead of changing it. Safe not working and totally rusty same as the towels shelf, impossible to put anything there! old trash under the bed..... Room service was made less than half of it, at the 3rd day still got the same cup of disposable coffee next to the TV that I left first night when I arrived, towels I left on the floor to wash they never pick them up... Trash that wasn't mine appeared on the floor next to the bed.. (after room service). So 2nd day after work,I decided to leave, I had to rent an expensive but worthy place. when I went to the front desk the lady over there didn't want to check me out, to charge me the 3night without staying.. I stayed less than half of the original reservation and I got charged like I stayed all days of it. Totally disappointed with this place and also with Expedia that they let me down, they didn't protect me, they were my travel agent and they didn't care about what happened, they stayed together with this scammers, Expedia didn't want me to return me the money or fight for it.

It was horrible, the worst part I chose it because of the reviews. My room had roaches, the bathroom was so dirty, the beds were so uncomfortable, you could feel the coils thru the comforter, there where connecting door to the rooms with little to no security, and from the moment I got off the car to get to my room I felt very unsafe

The employees were very rude and told me I had to leave a day earlier for unknown reasons that had been brought to my attention in a time period that I personally do not recall ever having been a part of at all & I was never spoken to by any law enforcement agency about anything negative at all. So I want a full refund for this stay at the Econolodge. The hotel canceled my reservation and I have not been refunded any of my funds at all.
