I’m very unhappy with the condition of this Unit. 2 stars is generous. And very upset as the amount I paid does not reflect the condition of the unit. Upon initial arrival the place smelled and appeared clean. After an initial walk through, I noticed many minor defects, mostly cosmetic at first, then more serious as time went on. The flooring in the dining/living area appears to have previous moisture damage. The bunk beds in the kids rooms are very noisy and have had “repairs” to the bed rails that does not look or feel safe. My kids slept on the bottom bunks only. The white bench in the kids room has tons of dents, scratches and stains/dirt on it. As well as the night stand in the corner, it has very obvious wear and tear. All of the beds/mattresses are horrible. Not comfortable at all to sleep in. They are way too old and way too broke down and when you sit or lay on it you sink in or feel the springs. The master bed is the worst. The mattress is sloped toward the headboard. And the sheets are terrible. They feel cheap and make noise when move. The kitchen has very minimal and basic necessities. The water smells horrible. Like well water or sewer water. Almost unbearable in the master bath while showering. To sum it up this place needs some serious TLC. All the furniture needs replaced The murals on the walls are cool, but obviously not taken care of, the minions are peeling and it’s obvious kids have picked at them. The pool was WAY too warm. And kids play area too cold.
