Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Communication was extremely poor. We genuinely loved the stay and the location was fantastic, and we would probably choose this property again — if the communication hadn’t been so awful. Even the VRBO help desk couldn’t get in touch with the property manager. It added unnecessary stress to our planning and our trip. We had changed our dates, yet nothing was updated; it continued to show the wrong dates and the wrong amount due. We went months without a single response. As for the home itself, it was great overall, but definitely showing some wear from frequent travelers. The primary upstairs bathroom could use a deeper cleaning — especially the vents and walls — and I’m not confident the throw blankets had ever been washed.
