It was a poorly maintained and dirty place. Sheets were dirty, master mattress was really old/horrible, shower not cleaned, rugs way passed the need of replacing, lightbulbs over front door were broken, just horrible condition overall. The advertising said “charming”… it was absolutely NOT. We left after only one day as we couldn’t stand it another night.

We stayed for a few nights so that we could attend Halloween Horror nights at Universal Studios Orlando. The home is a one story home with no steps to enter, so although we did not need those features, it would be a great advantage to those with mobility problems. Having 2 bathrooms was advantageous to us so that we could all get ready at the same time. The neighborhood is quite and has convenient access to stores and restaurants which is nice when you are not familiar and the area. What I liked about the property is that they was stuff there that we didn't bring or that we didn't know that we needed like a snack baggie, sunblock and things like a blender cup and having the washer and dryer was such a bonus so that we could go home with clean clothes if we wanted to.

It was economical and clean. The location was about 20-30 from Universal studios. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We did need more blankets. The power went out for a few hours at night. The dishwasher top rack is broken. The lamps by the bed had no light bulbs.
