Correct et bien placé dans la station

impossible de fermer la porte, problĂšme gĂ©nĂ©ral , toutes les Ă©quipes de la rĂ©sidence sont au courant, la clĂ© tourne dans le vide et cela est apparemment un problĂšme connu de tous et qui touche de nombreux appartements. La propretĂ© est globalement correcte, attention aux allergiques, car les animaux sont les bien venus et relativement nombreux, dans les appartements. Pas d'info concernant le dĂ©part ni le contrĂŽle au moment du dĂ©part; donc concernant la caution doit ĂȘtre restituĂ©e, aucune info claire sur le sujet. La tranquilitĂ© et l'insonorisation est correcte (sĂ©jour en dehors des vacances scolaires) . L'ensemble mĂ©riterai un petit rafraĂźchissement; les marques sur le mobilier et les murs trahissent une forte utilisation.Mais globalement c'est correct et le prix va avec.Une premiĂšre expĂ©rience, que je pourrai renouveler...
