Great location!! BUT... The keypad on the door took several attempts to get in.(each day) After contacting someone they said it's a building issue not the owners issue. Still never got fixed. They supplied 3 ounces of dish soap, 1 roll of Tp, 1 laundry pod 1 roll of paper towel , and 1 dishwasher tab for an entire week stay which is NOT ENOUGH. Thankfully I complained and a gal brought Some. The place looks amazing in the pictures, but it needs updating, dirty couches,paint chips, dirty light fixtures, dust on most surfaces, the kitchen table and chairs are junk, and wobbly. Not comfy ....I recleaned the place upon arrival, sand was everywhere. The bed was squeaky and creaky, only 1 side of the toaster worked, they brought a new one. Dirty dishes in cupboard, food caked on. I shouldn't have to wash every dish to make sure nobody got bacteria or sick. Cupboards had no organization stuff was just everywhere. For the amount we paid, I feel things could have been better. The indoor pool had such strong chlorine smell I couldn't go in, I'm on oxygen, I literally couldn't breathe. More ventilation or keep a door open. They had fans but it didn't help. The elevators were great, the beach was amazing. We've been to several VRBO, I would give this place an overall 5/10. The pictures were deceiving. The pictures made it seem AMAZING, but that wasn't our experience.
