"This place was perfect for our family’s short get away! We were close to Pedernales Falls where we wanted to spend some days hiking, but the house had a trampoline, hammock, gas fire pit for s’mores, awesome playroom, and plenty more for kids to do if we took a slow morning at the house as well. The kids loved it and we even brought our dog as it’s pet friendly. The whole family enjoyed it! The baby gate installed at top of stairs was super helpful, and I love that the house water is filtered and kitchen has reverse osmosis just like we have at home! Interior is beautiful as pictured. Reminds us of the place in Tuscany we stayed this past summer. Nicolette, the host, is wonderful. Super quick to respond and she even came to say hi when we were roasting marshmallows. She’s super friendly and personable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Kids already asked when we can come back! Thank you, Nicolette, for sharing your beautiful home! "

"We had a great weekend at the yurt, the tree is gorgeous, the yurt clean and well appointed, the property nice and private. We enjoyed staying in as well as going on outings to Blanco, Dripping Springs, and Wimberley."

"We had a wonderful stay at the main house, and we found it to be very clean and well-maintained. However, we did encounter a slight issue with the kitchen equipment. Specifically, there were only three small pots, none of which had lids, and only one frying pan available. Considering that the house accommodates sixteen guests, the kitchen could definitely benefit from an upgrade in terms of pots and pans. While the stove and oven are excellent, the limited cookware makes preparing meals for a large group somewhat challenging.Regarding the in-law suite, while it comfortably sleeps eight people, it features only one very small bathroom. The property listing indicates 3.5 bathrooms, but unfortunately, access to the other 2.5 bathrooms is not very convenient. We feel that this area of the house could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.Despite the minor kitchen and bathroom issues we encountered, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this property in the future."

"First the place was Beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Second our 5, 20 somethings, loved the hot tub, golf and of course watching Football on the LARGE screen TV. It was my son's wedding weekend and we found the house to be very convenient to everything in town."
