Mixed experience. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. However, we were only notified about an hour before check-in that prior long-term renters had caused damage, which didn’t allow time for us to make other arrangements. The property did not match the listing photos—there was damage to the backyard covering, holes, paint issues on the walls, black marks, and a non-functioning laundry door.I requested a partial refund due to the difference from what was advertised, but none was provided. While communication was polite and Tony responded quickly, the condition of the home did not reflect the listing or the value paid. Greater transparency and a discounted rate would help set proper expectations for the current property condition.
