The wrap around sectional sofa and two occasional chairs offers plenty of seating for everyone. The open floor plan continues into the Ocean Front dining area. Enjoy preparing meals in the beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a two-tiered kitchen island with additional seating around the kitchen island. Wake up to your morning coffee on your oceanfront-covered balcony off of the living room. This property features an oceanfront bedroom with an attached master bath, central air, WIFI, and four smart tv's. Indoor and outdoor oceanfront pool and game room and indoor pool all on the second-floor promenade, also featuring a tennis court bring your own equipment. All new appliances for 2023.
