"The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed here two times in the same week on a round-trip to Omaha and the experience was the same on both stays (the second we had an issue with the 1st Floor room smelling a little musty, but they quickly remedied this for us). The only negative for this property is that during our stays the water had a sulfur smell. They are aware of the issue and it has something to do with the well water and certain times of year (Spring being one). I would probably stay here again, but they really need to do something about that issue, even if it only happens at specific times. It's very off-putting, although you smell it more when using the sink than using the shower."

"Dated carpets in the general area need replacing! Room was nice but we were near mechanicals very noisy! The staff here makes up for all of it so kind & pleasant! Especially Ash & Shannon spoke to us every day always with a smile! "
