Perfect location in Cherry Grove. Super easy walk to the beach. We loved having a water view and the family enjoyed some fishing off the dock. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were all very nice with great water pressure, and the home was pet friendly. Our dog was very comfortable for our stay. The host is great with communicating and quickly responded. I highly recommend renting a golf cart if you can, we enjoyed riding around all week. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfection!

We had the best week! Perfect weather, great food, plenty of beach time & lots of memories made with the family. Chris was awesome! He checked in on us several times. Made sure we had everything we needed. The house is perfect for a large family. We had a group of 9, including adults, kids, teens and our fur baby. Perfect location for the house. A 2 minute walk to the beach. We loved the views of the inlet. We threw in a crab trap & caught several large crabs that we cooked & ate. Loved that linens were included (sheets & towels). Kitchen is good size, well stocked, with a large table inside & outside. We cooked breakfast every morning and cooked our own dinner most nights. If you love seafood go to Platt’s & get the low country boil platter. 10/10 recommend! Boulineau’s is a family favorite for their bakery, ice cream & their butcher is top notch. We ordered pizza from The Main Slice in Ocean Drive. Little pricey but great pizza! The family room was spacious. Four good size bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. Washer & dryer was a huge plus. And most importantly the house was super clean. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all! We had a wonderful trip! Little perk…go to the far northern end of the beach at low tide.

Great property!

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Nice to enjoy the inlet. The inlet is a touch many properties don’t have. Owner went above and beyond to stock the home with all essentials and many more things such as coolers, beach umbrellas, beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, etc

Wonderful location and great host

Location of this property is fantastic with a great view of the canal, and just a block from the beach. Owner was easy to communicate with, and house was well stocked with anything we might need. Will definitely consider this property again if we travel back to the are.

Simply amazing

The property is an absolute gem. Brought my dog and couldnt have asked for a more pleasant place. The back deck overlooks the inlet water, lower level has a very large area for grilling and dining. The inside of the home is very well maintained and updated, bathrooms even have Bluetooth speakers built in for music. Rooms are very cozy and can easily fit 3-4 families here with ample room. Walk to the beach is less than a 2minute walk, house has countless beach chairs you can use, wagon to haul everything and beach towels in case you forgot yours. Chris (host) is easily accessible and responds just about as soon as you have hit send, very courteous and willing to help. Truly a wonderful property you can relax from morning to evening. Plan to come back very soon

Beach days

Enjoyed our stay in this beach house. My priorities when rating a house is that it is clean, easy communication with rental agency, and easy access to , in this case, the beach. The house was very clean, owner was easy to work with, and beach is a very short walk away. Overall a very nice house.

Family vacation

This was our second time staying here. So close to the beach and they provide beach chairs, wagon and toys. Just the right size for our group of 8. Chris is very easy to get in touch with and responds very quickly.

The house was just as pictured and described. Cleanliness was A1. Could still smell the cleanliness when walking upstairs. The location could not have been better. Literally a 1 min walk to the beach. The views from the back of the house were amazing. House fully stocked with all linens and beach towels and kitchen equipment. Utility room had all the beach chairs and beach buggy for the toys and boogie boards. The owner has done a fabulous job with all the upgrades and amenities here. The owner called personally once I booked and sent emails right away. He also responded to texts within 5 min or less. Went above and beyond and had a Walmart delivery upon checkin with paper products and toiletries for all the bathrooms. I cannot say enough good things about this property or the awesome owners. If you are looking don’t hesitate to book this property ASAP. We will be staying here again in the future !! Thanks again Christopher for a great July 4th week in Cherry Grove !

Close to the Beach

Great property! Updated, clean and close walk to the beach. This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this home and would recommend to anyone. Easy communication with owners and lots of extras provided you don't get with most properties such as beach wagon, beach towels, etc.

Great Place - Close to Beach

Overall this VRBO was in a good location - one minute walk to beach - which was great. Myrtle beach proper and related tourist-related attractions are typically 30 minutes away. Host was great - very communicative. House was clean. Everything worked. Pots & Pans, etc. were on the smaller size considering the house sleeps so many people, so if you plan to cook consider bringing something a little larger - but we were able to make it work regardless. Grocery store is super close.

Beautiful view. Great Location.

We had a great stay at Chris’ place. Clean and fresh. Quick walk to the beach and a delightful view over the water. Plenty of room for everyone. As others have noted, there isn’t a dock on the water, but there is a nice deck overlooking it. The kitchen is small and seating for dining inside is somewhat limited. It was too hot the week we were there to eat outside, but we made do and had a great time. Chris was very responsive and available when needed. Thank you, Chris!

Best week possible!

We had the best stay with this VRBO. It was definitely a mix of friends/family with adult (20yr old+) college roommates, lifelong friends and their parents. The house has plenty of sleeping room that no one had to share a bed. There were a few issues when we checked in caused by previous guests, but the owner took care of thing’s immediately even while he was on vacation himself. It is ashame that some people don’t respect the property of others and will do whatever and not report it to the owner, where someone else can get the blame. Only minor things after that that didn’t disrupt our stay. People were coming and going all week, but it was a perfect place for all of us. I love that it is pet friendly too. Four bathrooms were great and having the beds already made was a bonus! So many bonuses with this house. You’ll have to rent it to find out! Another great thing about the property was the “carport” area underneath the house. The breeze through there is so relaxing. I look forward to renting again.

Great Vacation Home

Property Manager is wonderful. Great communication and lovely home. Location is perfect. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery. Bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate many guests. The outside deck is perfect for fishing and grilling. We highly recommend and hope to stay there again. Thank you!

Summer vacation

We had a great time this week at Fishin’ in the dark! Chris was great to host our family, communication throughout the trip checking in to see if we needed anything. Just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beds for everyone to spread out! The men and kids loved fishing off the back deck. We grilled out 2 nights. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely stay again. Thanks Chris

Great Location but needs some work

The house was in a good location with a short walk to beach. Didn’t have much cookware and the front yard needed some work, grass was high and full of weeds. Beds weren’t comfortable and the back deck was missing the dock that’s pictured. Owner was nice though and house had plenty of room for two families and my mom.

Fantastic Experience

Excellent Stay In Great Location

This is about as close as you can get to the beach without paying beach front rental prices. Location was awesome as well as this newly renovated house. Chris was very communicative and helpful. I would rent this house again.

Best House in Myrtle

First off I would like to say that Chris was exceptional with communication during and prior to our stay. The house was more than enough space for myself and my friends. Not only was it enough space, but the house was even better than the pictures advertised. The place looked brand new and could not be cleaner. The lake on the back side of the house was the most spectacular view of Myrtle that I saw. The deck and balcony were perfect spots in the evening to hang out and watch the sun go down with more than enough seating and table space for all of us.
