Clean hotel and friendly, accommodating staff. Booked last minute after leaving another terrible hotel. I enjoyed the free coffee in lobby, breakfast in morning and cleanliness. The room is spacious and what was expected. A little more clean up needed at breakfast-garbage was over flowing and staff were standing around in the 'kitchen' area.

Though the hotel is dated however it is clean. The only thing I don’t like was, we observed a homeless on the dining during breakfast.

BE CARFEUL WHERE YOU PARK

I called two nights before our arrival date and asked for a specific room they said it was fine and yet when we arrived the room was not ready and it was going to take up to two hours for them to clean. Not ideal when travelling with a small child and not to mention the 2.5 hour drive to get there. We just wanted to get in our room freshen up and get ready for dinner complimentary water and snacks did not make up for it not to mention there were TWO BREAK INS in the parking lot and one of them was my friends TRUCK! NOT COOL!

Very easy check in, friendly staff. Love the idea of free cookies at the front desk. Only feedback is for the hotel to consider putting in wall mounted body wash, shampoo and conditioner in bigger bottles than giving out travel sizes.

We always stay here for the last 4 trips, we love the fact that they always bake fresh cookies for free everyday🤓. And it’s walkable to almost anything including the US border.

My only real complaint is the quality of the Television picture in our room. For the most part we were out exploring the surrounding area but the times we were in the room,trying to watch tv was very hard. The srceen was dark and the picture was fuzzy. We had maintenance come to our room and they said that all the tv pictures were like that. To me that's pretty unacceptable. But besides that, the stay overall was very good.
