Clean good location

Room clean schedule every 3rd day. Stayed 1 week had room serviced twice sheet change once. Other than that breakfast was good. Had laundry facilities and small pool. Location to attractions at falls was excellent.

The property is very near to Clifton Hill in which my kids love it so much.And very quiet around the area. Over all, it was a good stay with them. Highly reccomended. They have a perfect free breakfast too.

The stay overall was really nice. The location from the falls is a bit further out so you’ll definitely have to plan for walking. However, the hotel is located right at the top of Clifton hill (literally crossing the sign) and there is access to shops and food all around. The hotel environment itself when first walking in was nice. The lobby looked newly renovated and inviting, pool and gym area seemed decent no complaints. The hotel seemed clean overall, the one complaint would be the room amenities. The room seemed dated and didn’t offer much but a place to sleep. The beds were OK the mattress was a bit harder than I’m used to. The tv was basic, I would have even opted to pay for movies if available. I mean for short stays it wouldn’t matter, but longer ones it helps especially with little ones. There was a mini fridge in our room but no microwave available (we stayed in a family double queen room) for reference. The staff were all pleasant to come across and the breakfast was clean and had a variety of items to choose from. All in all I would recommend the hotel and stay!

Overall met our expectations for what it was. Staff were all nice. Room was a good size and clean. Our kid loved the pool. Quiet area close to the falls/Clifton Hill, but not so close that it was noisy. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Convenient location. Breakfast was alright nothing special. Clean room. However I did have some issues with my room as there was no light in the bathroom and then when we got moved to the second room there was no curtains there. We're unable to use the shower during the visit.
