Great location

Location was ideal to the beach. Great for a family with kids. Easy to walk to restaurants and grocery plus a good park for little ones. Definitely recommend

Very nice view of the ocean!

This property is a great opportunity opportunity for a family get away. The carpet needs replaced replaced and some updates need to be done but all in all a great place to stay.

The house fit our needs nicely. The only complaint would be the internet was not working. Great location.. parking was a challenge! Overall pleased with our stay.

Lovely time in Newport Beach!

This is a great location, a half block from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. We went on a walk every day and a very nice grocery store that had everything we needed is only a couple blocks away. Lots of good restaurants nearby and more within a short drive. We would definitely come back for another visit.

Great place - perfect stay

Went to Newport with my husband, college-age son and his friend. We had a great stay. The house is very clean and comfortable with good beds. You’ll need to bring your own toys, shovels, sand toys, wagon etc. some can be rented nearby.

Great stay!!

This property was just as advertised! The location was perfect and walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. We had five of us in the house so we had more than enough room. We had an issue with the lock and the property company was incredibly responsive. I found them to be excellent to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place was great for our family of 7. It was clean and in a great location. It is a very comfortable size and even 10 people would be comfortable. It is steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night. We will definitely stay here again. (

Great family vacation location

Loved our family vacation. Beach House was exactly as expected. Steps from the sand and very roomy. Would definitely return. I was worried about our tiny people’s feet disturbing the people below us but the tile seemed to be pretty sound resistant.

Perfect location

We had a great family vacation with another family at this home. The location is fabulous! Only a few houses away from the beach. We stayed upstairs and it was great to have the patio to put our beach stuff and the picnic table provided good extra seating. We loved being able to walk down to the pier and visit the restaurants and the shops. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to rent

Excellent place to rent a beach house from. I've used them for about 5 years in a row and each time the booking process gets smoother. All the condos have been exceptional in cleanliness and comfort. Only one time have I had an issue and they had maintenance staff over promptly. I'll continue to be a repeat customer!!

Great spot!

Great unit with lots of space. We had 4 adults and 6 young kids. I was very impressed by how the owner communicated with us before and during our stay. Very professional. We plan to come back next year!

Amazing Location!

Location can’t be beat! We could just run back to the house to grab snacks, use the bathroom, etc. Perfect for little kids and teens that want to do their own thing! The house was as described, perfect size for our entire group. The only issue we had was a broken hair dryer, but property management brought a new one over fairly quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great stay

Best location and so much room!! TV’s were a little tricky to use. A little warm but a lot of fans were provided. Carpet is a bit run down and annoying to pay for washing clothes. All in all though, one of the better houses we’ve stayed in, in Newport.

Great place, steps from beach!

This rental property was perfect for us. The location is great(one block from the beach!), it was so quiet, and central to lots of great restaurants. The home is spacious, with a good floor plan for families with small children, including a large deck off of the family room which we enjoyed. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs and towels. The beds were comfy and had nice linens. Our only issues were the microwave, which seems to be on its last legs(took 5 minutes to heat soup in a cereal-sized bowl and it still was only lukewarm!) and the toaster, which also took forever and did not brown bread well....those issues are easily resolved. I would stay at this location again.

Awesome Location in a fun area

This is a great place to rest your head. The location of the property is amazing! Cutest area, close to the beach, and walking distance to little shops & food. The beds weren’t super comfortable, and it gets pretty hot in the bedrooms… luckily each room as ceiling fans and extra standing fans to help circulate air throughout. It could use some updates but for the location and price we were pretty happy with it overall. Everything we needed/ requested was ready for us to go, they were very on top of it. I think the cleaning crew could have done a better job, there was broken glass under the table, and the couches had something spilled on them but other than that clean and ready for our stay.

Christmas in California

Our stay was good. Everything was as stated except for the dishwasher. We had to hand wash everything we used in the kitchen because the dishwasher doesn’t work properly. We tried using it once and nothing got clean. Also, as devoted coffee drinkers, the coffee maker was not as good as it could be. Without fully removing the lid and holding it over the sink to pour a cup of coffee, it would make a mess, dripping large amounts of coffee all over. It needs to be replaced. The keypad on the door was a great help and definitely better than keeping up with a key with a group of people staying. Everyone could come and go as needed.

Christmas Holiday

We have stayed many times in Newport Beach. Anyone that has done Newport Beach a lot knows that many of the properties are, well average at best , beach rentals and not always that great. This is the exception. We have rarely stayed in the same place twice as we have always looked for the best place we could find for our larger family. This is the exception, we definitely would stay again. It's large, clean, nicely appointed and we greatly enjoyed our holiday. Plus we were expecting no patio since it was an upstairs until which was a disappointment to us, but when we got there it is a nice size patio for an upstairs unit and large enough to have our large family sit outside and enjoy a meal. We will be back. All beds were comfortable, heat worked, hot water for everyone and large kitchen. The only thing that might need replacement was the dishwasher it is on it's last legs, but looking at the rest of the kitchen I presume the owners already are aware and plan to replace. All was really great.
