The entire hotel reeks of cigar and weed! The receptionists were not very welcoming. The carpets and bedding had cigar burns and other stains Only one elevator worked and going up or down could take up to 30mins Our bathroom overflew while we were out and came back to a flooded room

By far one of my worst stays. I would never recommend this property nor stay here again. My room smelled of cigarette and weed smoke. The walls are extra thin. The occupants next to me were having a domestic dispute fighting and yelling. I called security several times, but I don’t think they came. The front desk guy was rude and short. They messed up on my reservation and had to get me another room. He didn’t know where anything was at or around the hotel. The room itself was thoroughly cleaned. It was also hot. You cannot control the temperature because the hotel turns off the air during the winter. They advised me to open a window which led to more smoke and noise entering making it difficult to relax.

The first room I checked into smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and the window shade was broken (unable to pull down). The front desk staff was very accommodating and immediately switched our room. The room was much better but did notice once we turned on the heat we were able to smell a slight hint of cigarette smoke.

The room smelled like dirty carpet outlet in bathroom wasn’t working. They claim to have a restaurant on site but when I called it was redirecting to near by place because it was out of service, so I ask the front desk was it open he. Only 1 elevator was working apparently they have parking there but the parking Lot was full due to some event so forget about the guest that are staying there. The mattress was no good

Unfortunately we had a less than ideal stay. The AC doesn’t work in the rooms (don’t expect anything less than 71 degrees and a stuffy room). The walls are THIN. We had to be switched to a different room due to loud noise until 5 am from the people next door. Then the last night, there was a birthday party right above us that went on till almost 2 am (even with security requesting them to quiet down). First room we had had dirty dresser drawers and stains on pillow. Also some elevators are on maintenance so expect to wait a longer time. Overall cheaper price than staying in the city, but it comes with repercussions
