The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was good size and fairly well appointed but the lighting was way too dark for my wife to apply her makeup and the bed desperately needs to be replaced. Extremely lumpy and slopes to the middle. No restful sleep at all. Will definitely stay again but in a room with a better bed.

The room is very spacious for NYC hotels. We got a great deal through hotels.com that I only saw one day on the app after that doubled in price. Convenient location and not loud at night. Beds slept great and good hot water/pressure. Overall very pleased.

This is a tired hotel at luxury prices. The staff was inattentive, the room tired and plain. That said, the location in midtown is excellent, the hot water plentiful and high pressure, and there is a very nice lobby.

Room was so nice and very spacious!! Our room had a living area with sofa, chairs and large glasss coffee table. Standard size bathroom and large bed area with a 4 chair dining table. There was a long entry hall way with very large walk-in closet with drawers and a small kitchen area (sink, standing fridge and microwave stocked with dishes). Staff was super nice! Shout out to Jimmy the bellman who was super kind!! Location was awesome too! Will definitely say again!!
