there was plenty of staff and were very helpful as we had an elderly wheelchair bound guest. it was very disappointing that there wasn't a full service restaurant. some of the food at the Kitchen and herb was less than good. my $29 cheeseburger had been sitting around awhile and was well done and dry while i waited for a fresh burger-no cheese. ready to spend $$ to sit down.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand was dirty. There was a lot of random hairs in our shower, bathroom floor and beds.

Room was so badly cleaned, drawers broken, dirty lights, had to even clean pee off the toilet seat and didn’t improve with the time there. Addressed it with the team and although they were lovely nothing aside from toilet clean was done. Bed was very uncomfortable and lifts hardly worked. Furniture was very outdated. If you’re not really fussed about these things the location was very useful, only a few minutes from Central Park, Times Square and more!

They’re doing some maintenance on the elevators but other than that it’s great. I really enjoyed my stay here. Super nice staff- especially housekeeping. Rooms are basically sound proof (couldn’t hear anyone else). Great overall.

The rooms are very old, the elevators are terrible, there's only one restaurant with a very limited menu, and there were no activities for New Year's Eve. The only thing it has going for it is its central location. For everything else, I don't recommend it. It's far too expensive for the service they provide.
