Room is not what is portrayed in the pics. Very small. The restroom had no soap no body gel wash. Towels had some random black particles. Checked in around 6pm and the lady at the desk said the key machine isn’t working so i have to wait then she told me she gave me a 12:30pm check out time. Didn’t care for her 30 mins. Check out day i was out for breakfast i came back to the room around 11:30am and my key wasn’t working went to the lobby to get that situated went back up key still didn’t work came back the lady gave me 2 brand new keys went up and still didn’t work went back to lobby the lady at the desk said she will send an engineer upstairs. Engineer came up and said it’s probably because it’s almost time to check out. All in all safe to say that the hotel locks people out of the room an hour or so before

Very hospitable and accommodating when we had to extend our stay and help find accommodations during winter storm Fern in January 2026. These are some of the finest people NYC has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. But we had a fabulous view.
