Even though breakfast was included in my room, I never received the necessary voucher on check-in, and then was treated rather rudely by the man at breakfast when I walked in without a voucher. The front desk staff should always remember to give guests who are entitled to free breakfasts their vouchers to avoid unpleasant experiences like mine

Everyone was friendly , but the hotel is very much dated , the beds are very old, with stains on the box spring. I was scared I was going g to see bed bugs. The bathroom, was a mess the toilet seat needs to be replaced. Walls had like mold stains on it. I call ask for a blanket, she advised that housekeeping was not there, so I had to sleep with my jacket on , because I was cold .

Spotless room, great amenities and friendly staff. We had a medical emergency on site and the nearby housekeeping staff rushed to help. Soon, the manager came as well to check on us. He stayed to make sure all was ok and once it was, he offered extra time in the room before checkout for rest and recovery. We will return, thank you!

The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Bathroom shower had a forceful head and a flimsy shower curtain. Great that the room had a microwave, and a sizable fridge, but Keurig coffee machine was fickle.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathrooms sink was stopped up and the shower water sprayed everywhere. The heater was extremely loud. We chose the room for value and convenience so I understood it was not going to be 5 star however the accomodations were very poor unfortunately.
