Staff was wonderful, and the hotel offers great amenities such as access to free water, vouchers for the restaurant on site and access to public transportation. The room could have been a little bit cleaner. My biggest problem with this hotel was the constant slamming of doors. The hotel room doors are heavy and people just let them slam at all hours. This isn’t necessarily a fault of the hotel but would possibly hinder me from 100% staying again.

Nice clean room with a view of Algiers Point on the Mississippi River. Friendly staff and the location is ideal for visiting the New Orleans French Quarter. Only downside is the bathroom didn’t have a vent so it gets really steamy quick if you don’t leave the door open when taking a shower.

This was such a fun time! Everyone was so welcoming and kind! Made friends with the whole staff, they remember things and make you feel like you’ve known them forever! Our room facing the river was so quiet and clean, I will stay again! Thank you to everyone from the amazing doorman to the security men all the way to Kori at the concierge desk!!
