Staff was very friendly and helpful.Staff was always cleaning.Room was nice and very clean.Housekeeper did great job.Plenty of police presence to keep streets safe.Hotel has it where if you don’t have a room you can’t get up past parking level.Felt safe.Would like to see coffee in lobby.

I saw that the card I had on file was declined, so I called the property that morning to offer another card to cover my stay. The lady I spoke with told me everything would be fine and I could pay at check in. I asked about incidentals, or a deposit, she said it was all included. When I arrived I checked in and checked my account I was charged 281.00. I called the front desk and the gentleman said that they do a 150 deposit on each reservation. It would have been nice to know that at booking or even when I called and asked. The hotel is nice and clean and the gentleman at the front desk took the time to explain things to me. However, I will not be staying here again.

Easy to park and stay in the French Quarter at this hotel. Friendly hotel staff and clean, quiet room with comfortable king size bed. Nice/clean bathroom with an excellent shower/tub combo, fluffy towels and amenities for showering and shampooing. A hair dryer is included. We received a Destination Pass which included a water bottle, transportation passes each day and discount vouchers for Mr. Ed's restaurant next door. We ate there several times; very good food. Easy to get a cab or Uber from this hotel or use the street car. Also located within walking distance to many F.Q. attractions.We would stay here again.

Nice location, not noisy and comfortable. We went on a family trip for 3 days. Bath tub was peeling off the paint which I didn't like. They don't have a microwave or fridge in the rooms that we got. All the hotels we stayed before had them. They have security during the night, it made us feel safe because there are too many homeless in the streets.

The property around the area was not very clean. The property itself was very clean. My issues were the air conditioning never got below the 70degree mark. Even after pointing it out to staff. Also the drain in the bathtub was broken and in need of repair. Furthermore there was not a mini fridge in our room which is standard at most economy motels. This was concerning due to the cost that was paid for the room.

The property is not as new but the amenities are still great. They have complimentary water machines with provided various flavor of water and also coupons for restaurants and free pass for transportation, which was great and out of expectation.
