Liked it's old fashion charm, close to everything, staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious but disappointed they didn't serve dinner. The room was too warm during the day, couldn't adjust the air.

Loved how conveniently it was located to great dining and shopping. Concierge (Roy) was extremely helpful and helped us find 2 great outside activities to do. Got us registered, tickets, directions etc, which was so convenient for us traveling. Loved the jazz bands, the unique furnishings in the bar and the bartenders. They ALL were so helpful, courteous, and provided great customer service. We felt very safe while in there at night especially with the attentive bouncers providing security and rules of hotel policies. My only criticism was the last 1/2 of our week stay, our room wouldn't be vacuumed, bed made, and complete bathroom amenities and coffee was never replaced. We had to find someone in the cleaning staff to get them. That was disappointing. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

Staff is very nice. Convenient location. Rooms and gym facilities could be cleaner. Rooms are not great for buffering sounds in the hotel. You will hear all the conversations in the hall all night long. Bar is fun.

The Bourbon Orleans is the perfect hotel for a French Quarter stay in NOLA. Perfect location within walking distance of everything on or near Bourbon Street. The staff was amazing and took care of our every need. Only one drawback: Water pressure and heat for the showers. You're gonna wait 10-15 minutes for the water to heat up. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at the Bourbon Orleans.

The hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained and has a ton of character. It is located between Bourbon and Royal, so you can walk to every place in the French Quarter. We had an interior room and we couldn’t hear any of the noise from Bourbon Street. More than anything else, the best part of this hotel is the staff. They were incredible. They always made sure you had what you need. They were always very polite and thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I found this room to be extremely small, and the A/C unit smelled like mold when it came on. The pool was very nice however. What shocked me also is that the property does not put garbage bags in the garbage pails in the room. The staff was very friendly though and very helpful.

Bourbon Orleans is ideally situated. Its just a few blocks fro. Jackson Square and the Riverfront. Royal street is one lock over, making it easy to avoid Bourbon St.! The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were in a Petite King suite, which is petite! There is barely room to walk around the bed, and there is not a chair, so the only place to sit is on the bed. The bed is super comfortable! The pool and pool area is very nice. The bar and lounge had good food and usually good musical groups. We enjoyed our stay at Bourbon Orleans.

A day trip for family to enjoy the quarter

We were put so far away from the elevator. Having someone disabled it was a very long walk for her. It was a little pricey. But I unde stand the price. I wish it could have been lower. Parking your car is 50 bucks wow but worth it.
