I believe this was our 3rd time staying at a Beach Colony condo. Love the location, the pool area is large and comfortable. The beach is gorgeous! The condo was clean but some little things need to be done such as; new bath mats in the shower. I know mold grows easily and they should be disinfected and soaked or replace more often. The kitchen had minimal supplies and gadgets. I had to buy a few things for the kitchen. The can opener was a bear to work and I had to replace it. This condo can hold 8 people and it only had 8 plates, bowls etc. the dishwasher had to be run daily. Two drink glasses had chips in them and 2 coffee cup (of 8) had broken down the side and looked like it was glued together. Nit picky, maybe but I expected more from a place like this. I do cook on our winter getaway. We have rented a few Condos and I feel the kitchen could have been stocked better. Overall it was a good place to stay. Views fantastic, facilities good. We had trouble with 1 of the bathroom showers and they quickly came in to fix it. The "call'" desk was on top of it. The condo needs updates but we were comfortable. Would I rent it again? Yes, just for the view!
