It’s a great property but parking is 50 plus per day and not garage parking. In room dining very limited. Like the pool area but I’d prefer downtown. Was told I received $50 per day for incidentals as a platinum VIP member that turned into one day. Some front desk are excellent while some are opposite. 4-5 star needs consistency and stand behind promises.

I am going to include the letter I wrote to the hotel. No one got back to me. In saying all of this, this is a beautiful hotel. I think my experience would be different if the pool situation wouldn't have happened. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We had planned to spend a relaxing afternoon at the pool, only to find it completely overrun by a very loud public event. The area was packed, and there was not a single available seat — not even on the edge of the pool or the surrounding patio. Several couches sat empty, but we were told they were "taken," despite no one using them. I understand the concept of reserving space for events or table rentals, but it’s disappointing when paying hotel guests are left without any options to sit, eat, or enjoy the amenities. Clearly the goal was to force us to purchase a table. I approached the front desk to ask where we might sit and was told we could STAND INSIDE the pool restaurant. We eventually made do by perching on the edge of the sunken pool area (not meant for sitting). During that entire time, no staff approached us for food or drink orders, and the atmosphere was chaotic both inside and out. After giving up on the pool area, we returned to our room to try and order room service, only to discover that it's unavailable between 2 and 4 p.m. We then got dressed and went back downstairs to find something — anything — to eat, but were told that even the Library restaurant had no food offerings available. Only stayed for three nights one night could not use the pool. It was reserved for the professional athlete community. Complained to the manager, he credited our amenities charge $110. I would’ve rather have had the pool for the night if I would’ve known that one night I wouldn’t have the pool I would not have stayed there.
