Great property! Great modern rooms. Location is good; located in Music Row, and a short car ride to downtown/Broadway. Cool roof top pool; pool not as big as you think, and it’s mostly occupied by locals/people not staying at the hotel (which they allow).

Very noisy, had to call down to the front desk due to loud music coming through the walls at 12:30 am. They did respond quickly but still. Also lots of hidden fees to service fees to amenity fees. I had a $40 credit to spend and it ended up costing me over $70 with added fees. I will say that the location is great.

I got cut off at the bar after 3 beers and a shot. I wanted to party with people i met and i guess thats not aloud. 2 security people came up to me and told me i couldn't record anything at the hotel when i wasn't but i was watching a movie on my phone while i was having a beer. I felt singled out at this hotel. This was my first trip to Nashville and im kind of upset. I guess i need to find another hotel when i go back to Nashville.

Request to not be by elevator

The hotel is clean, service is amazing. We unfortunately had a room located next to elevator and had sleepless nights. Gentle taps on our door occurred multiple times in middle of night and loud patrons exiting elevators woke us. I do not recommend a room by elevator.
