Welcome to the Russell St Retreat!
This spacious, new construction home offers the perfect mix of luxury and comfort, just 1.2 miles from Nissan Stadium and 1.9 miles from Broadway. Enjoy two outdoor living areas—complete with a hot tub, fireplace, and BBQ grill—plus an oversized kitchen, cozy living spaces, and luxury touches throughout. Ideal for families or groups, this home features sleeping arrangements for up to 12, a home office, and all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay!

I tend to take a hands off approach as the space is totally yours. However, if you need anything, I am quick to respond via Airbnb and someone is always nearby in case of emergency.

This home is located minutes from all Nashville has to offer. East Nashville has plenty dining, coffee or drink options a short walk away from our home, however Downtown and all of Nashville's hotspots are only a short Uber (or scooter ride!) away.

You will be messaged a door code a day before check in. This code will give you 24hr access to the wifi lockbox for the duration of your stay.

Uber or Lyft are reliable in Nashville, however, you are permitted 2 street parking spots if you choose to drive. Please note, our street requires a permit to park. 2 permits to hang in your dash will be left in the kitchen for you.

The house is fully equipped with Fiber WiFi and features a separate office space for our remote-working guests.

We are equipped with 24/7 motion-activated Ring cameras that captures audio and video, exclusively monitoring the exterior to ensure your safety while respecting your privacy indoors.
