The room was ready on time and check in was very easy. I like the layout and it is good for my stay. Has a refrigerator and microwave so that is convenient. Very reasonable price and am looking forward to the free shuttle to the airport very early in the morning.

This is our third visit to Nashville and our third stay here. We were greeted immediately and were always greeted by staff when we saw them. Great stay!

Airport stop over

The room was fantastic in space and amenities. Although it was freezing cold on arrival, but heated up quickly. Front staff were extremely accommodating and the airport shuttle driver Bradley was most personalble. Location was convenient, evening dining options on site would be great, though many take out phamplets were available. Morning breakfast was included.

Mid-tier at best

The price was decent, but there were a lot of things that were outdated and could have been easily updated. The TV only showed about 4 to 5 channels clearly in High Def. Many of the channels were analog stations that were fuzzy and grainy. I ended up just watching my streaming services on my phone instead of the TV. The TV also did not allow you to play or cast your streaming service to it. The couch has a huge stain on the right seating pillow. I end up spraying Lysol everywhere just to be safe. The door would not close safely behind you once entering the room, it kept getting stuck open. The ice bucket liners did not fit the ice bucket itself, and there were only ice machines on the 1st and 5th floor, unfortunately we stayed on the 3rd in between both. Lastly, I definitely think it's time to update or perform maintenance on the elevators. Both sounded terrible opening and closing.
