The exceptional details in these homes will add luxury to your Nashville experience. The properties feature beautiful hardwood floors, professional grade stoves/ovens, 9 foot ceilings, flat screen TVs with cable, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms, granite counter-tops, a lovely deck setting in the middle of the houses, and free WiFi, all in coolest part of Nashville.

The 12th South area is known for it's restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and bars, as well as it's beautiful park with joggers and young families, and great art and music culture.
