Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an open concept living room and kitchen that overlooks Nissan Stadium. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV with 85 streaming channels to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

Best VRBO I have stayed in EVER!

The check in process was super easy and the owner communicated with us to ensure we got in ok and everything was up to par.It EXCEEDED our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 4 couples. The decor was fun and upscale. The amenities were above and beyond anywhere I have stayed. Very close to Broadway which made it easy to walk.Thank you for a fabulous stay! We will be back!!!

Music!!

The location of the loft is perfect. Close to everything. We had a group of 7 adults and we all could come and go as we pleased. Close enough to return to during your day for a quick nap or a change of clothes. The Loft is exactly as described, spacious and very clean. Check-in was a breeze. No complaints at all.

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway at Majestic Lofts!

We stayed at the Majestic Lofts for a weekend in January on a mother-daughter girls trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The loft exuded character and was incredibly comfortable for all of us. The location was ideal, and the owners were extremely accommodating with excellent communication. I highly recommend this VRBO for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had 7 adults, ages from 22-52. The location was a couple blocks off Broadway, far enough away from the noise and crowds but only a few minutes walk. The loft was as nice as the photos and had anything you would need.

This is one of the best units I’ve rented in Downtown Nashville. The 9 of us had a great time celebrating a friend’s birthday. My wife and I took our 21 yr old daughter and her friends to Nashville for her birthday. The girls being able to all have their own bedrooms and especially bathrooms was completely awesome!! Great place to stay!! In the middle of all the action, but when you got to the rooms it was quiet and restful.

Amazing property! And so clean!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 ladies. Was stocked with all the essentials and check in/out was easy. Convenient location The Host communicated promptly and directions were spot on. There is some noise from the Bar below- won’t be a problem if you put the night owls in the back rooms- the master has its own door to the hallway. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when in Nashville!

Great weekend in Nashville

Six of us, ages 50-78, planned a long weekend in Nashville. The moment we saw this listing, we knew we had found the perfect place. It did not disappoint. In fact, it was excellent. The location is perfect, right on Printer’s Alley. We walked almost everywhere. The rental itself was top notch. The host has thought of everything from coffee, snacks and wine to extra charging cords(there’s always one in a group). My personal favorite detail was the individually wrapped make-up wipes in every bathroom. It really is the little details that make a big impression. We’ll be back next year!

A true majestic experience

We can't express enough how incredible this loft is. It was absolutely perfect for our group of four couples. Unlike staying in a hotel, we loved being able to come back together at the end of the day and still hang out. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, always responding immediately to any questions we had. We're already discussing our next trip to Nashville and without a doubt, we'll be staying here again. The loft's location is ideal, within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Honestly, we wouldn't change a thing. Fabulous newer space walkable to Broadway

I'm all about truth in advertising and have had some less-than-desirable VRBO experiences in the past. This listing and the conditions were spot-on. Kate, the property manager, was a gift to work with in pre-planning, and getting a grocery order, a liquor order, and personalized gift-bags put together for me. She was very accommodating (and you should tip her well). The unit had plenty of space for 4 adult couples and the living room was furnished well for those who wanted to visit while others needed to check into work (boo!). I love it when the details are covered well. As in extra towels above the contracted count of people, respectable kitchen furnishings, waters and a bottle of wine, a key fob for all 8 of us, and even brand-new charging cables with a note to keep them if we needed them. The only piece of feedback I would offer folks considering this place is the bar on the ground level: the music carries up from the space and can be heard late into the night. It is NOT too loud, but if you're a sensitive sleeper, you may want some earplugs. This is truly NOT something to pass over this fantastic property for. One other logistical note: the address did not display in Uber, but Printer's Alley did. Any adjacent house number gets you close, and it's maybe a 100' walk up the "alley" with your bags to the main entrance. Ubers won't be able to drop or pick up at the main entrance; not an issue, just good to know in advance.

30th birthday

We chose this place for a 30th birthday surprise and overall this was one of the best experiences ever! The place was so clean, lovely to have so many bathrooms, very easy to get to. The host was very responsive, super helpful and one of the best! We are definitely planning our next trip to nashville and will staying here again! It a bonus to be so close to broadway and be on printers alley. Highly recommend!!
