Golden hour, drinks in hand, and the whole crew on a private rooftop with the Nashville skyline lighting up in front of you. That's night one at Urban Cowboy. Mix cocktails at the wet bar, gather around the gas fire pit under string lights, and take the group photo at the built-in Nash wall before you head out. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 10, and both bunk rooms are real queens top and bottom. Broadway is 1.5 miles away, about 7 min by car.
Walk through the door and the Urban Cowboy aesthetic wraps around you: warm leather, rich textures, Western roots with a modern Nashville edge. It's made for the way a group trip really goes: getting ready together with the playlist up, a toast on the roof, a big night out, and a slow morning back here with coffee and the recap.
The main living room anchors the home: plush sectional, 65" HDTV with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max apps ready for your logins, plus premium cable. Patio doors open on 2 levels overlooking Nashville's skyline, so the party flows inside and out.
OUTDOOR LIVING: ROOFTOP TERRACE & SKYLINE VIEWS
The rooftop is where your trip happens. A gas fire pit, a full wet bar, outdoor furniture, and an unobstructed Nashville skyline view. Pour the first round at sunset, take the photos as the string lights come on, and come back after Broadway to sit around the fire and replay the night.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN SANCTUARY
Our home sleeps 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 7 beds. Both bunk rooms are real queens top and bottom, so nobody gets stuck on a twin.
Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunk (real queens top and bottom), entry level, ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: King bed, fold-out twin couch, ensuite bath
Bedroom 3: Queen-over-Queen bunk (real queens top and bottom), third floor, hallway bath access
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa on second level with hallway half bath
3.5 total baths, so getting ready for Broadway never turns into a bathroom line.
KITCHEN & DINING: FULL-SERVICE COOKING & GATHERING
Brunch for 10 is easy here. Stainless steel gas range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, quartz countertops, and an oversized island with bar stools where everyone ends up while the mimosas get poured. The open living area flows into the kitchen, with a 65-inch HDTV, books, and board games, and the dining table seats 8+ under an industrial chandelier.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN
If you're traveling with babies or toddlers, we've thought ahead: pack 'n play, high chair, baby bath, changing table, baby monitor, children's books and toys (ages 0+), baby gates, and outlet covers. You don't have to pack or rent — it's all here.
COMFORT & CONVENIENCE BUILT IN
In-unit washer and dryer, so night-two outfits are covered. 1 Gig Google Fiber WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to post the photos, stream the playlist, or take a quick work call. Portable fans and central heating/air keep everyone comfortable year-round.
