Room was great and first evening was greeted with a smile a asked if we would like to stay on top floor. unfortunately, Thursday we were checked out unbeknownst to us and couldn't get in our room. Went to front desk to request key so we could get in our room.... Room key wasnt working. The front desk lady Louise was extremely RUDE and proceeded to tell me i had checked out earlier and if needed another night i had to book it and stay in a different room. I explained to her we had reservations until friday the 28th... She no sir you are mistaken. So i paid another night yet reluctant to stay in my original room had to book at the room rate i was upgraded to on my DIME to stay in my room i was not checked out of and all clothes and wife still in room!!! But continued to tell me I CHECKED OUT. The next morning upon checkout met with a young lady at the desk with my documentation and she was of the up most hospitable lady ever wonderful!!! "Louise" was there and still continued to tell me she explained the reason yet just as rude! New lady to "Listen" and investigate... end result she made things right to best of her ability... I have yet to be reimbursed for the extra night i paid or the discount or points to be awarded. However i would like to compliment the over all stay... Would love to stay there again. The first night we checked in the lady at the front desk was amazing cant remember her name... Look at the books Chris Elliott checked in 11.25.25 roughly 2:30 - 3:00.

Staff was very accommodating and so helpful! Room was very clean. Location was convenient. Walkable to Broadway and Nissan stadium, but a cheap Uber Ride as well. Breakfast was good.

Our room was excellent! Great comfy bed and clean. Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in to check out. Roof top bar was quaint and view was amazing. We loved everything, just remember there are many Hampton Inns, we chose the one furthest from Broadway on accident. Many uber trips because it is more than 2 miles from downtown. Overall perfect hotel.

The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Loved the variety! Pretty walkable to everywhere if you don’t mind getting your steps in. Only a mile from Broadway.
