1 mile from Lower Broadway, this stunning newly renovated home will be perfect for your home base doing your stay in Nashville! A King and 2 queen Beds each with their own private rooms as well a full memory foam sleeper sofa, memory foam foldaway queen bed and comfy daybed with 2 single beds allow for plenty of space and comfort to get a good night's rest after hitting the Honky Tonks. Large Kitchen with huge expandable dining table. 3 sofas in living room for ample space. You will have the home all to yourself along with plenty of parking on the street as well as behind the house. A keypad with your own unique code allows for convenient access without worries of losing the key! I will be available 24/7 through email, text or phone call. As a rule I will not be there in person at check in/check out but will be more than happy to meet you in person by request at check-in if you would like a crash course introduction to the area and goings on.

Eric was super helpful with tips and recommendations of things to do or not do while in town and his responsiveness was extremely fast. 8 of us stayed and there was plenty of room! The place was beautiful! So clean! Very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and didn’t know u needed! Eric left a bottle of wine and local beer and box of yummy googoo’s and water and other snacks bathrooms had everything u needed also. Great location, easy walk to broadway or the Gulch. I would stay here again!!Ps Eric was a fabulous host. I bugged him our entire stay with questions and he got back to me immediately and always polite and friendly- ty Eric!
