To save some money, I opted to stay here for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and of course that also helped save money from having to eat out every meal. In good weather, you can walk to the Gaylord in about 20 minutes, but you may want a ride if the weather's not so great. If they had provided bottled water, that would have been great, since those are about $6 or more at the Gaylord.

Could not enter the room with key card, maintenance man had to reprogram the lock took 45 minutes before we could get in the room,so we sat in the hallway before he finished . Were not offered another room. Pretty bad service.

The staff was awesome. Very personable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there was no closet nor any space to hang anything in the room. We were only there for one night but if we had planned on staying longer it would have been more problematic.
