The host was very responsive and the stay was nice overall. We had some issues with cleanliness, but the host was helpful sending a cleaning service out to fix it.

Would not recommend. Was not cleaned when we got there. We had to wait 5 hours after check in time, so someone could clean it. After we finally got in, the beds were made but not cleaned. Dirty towels were folded in the closet. After mentioning it, they said someone would come the next morning to address the unclean beds and towels, but no one showed up. I had to mention it again,and the next day someone came. We only had the units for 3 nights,and only had clean bedding for 1 night. Very disappointed.

Group of my friends and I stayed for my buddy’s 22nd birthday. Townhomes are nice and accommodated our group well, views from the roof were our favorite part.

Cleanliness was left out - Roaches in bed

The overall layout for the property was what was needed. Everyone had ample space to relax after football camp each day, however there were multiple issues with the property, which we had Unit 3 & 4. 1) out of the 8 bedrooms there were only 2 wash cloths. Property manager came out and provided wash cloths for Unit 3 and told me that Unit 4 already had them. This was in the early afternoon. I went to unit 4 at 10pm and there was not a wash cloth in any bedroom or bathroom. Wash cloths were for babies, not adults. They were the smallest, cheapest wash cloths I’ve ever seen. 2. Both units Refrigerators were dirty. I’ve was stained with something brown and one fridge had a package of waffles in it. 3. Unit 3’s rooftop fireplace didn’t have propane so couldn’t operate it. 4. Unit 4’s rooftop patio was littered with beer bottles, beer cans, and old Chinese food cartons on the patio tables. 5. The first and second floor of Unit 3’s AC wouldn’t go lower than 74 degrees so it was quite warm overnight. 6. Awakened multiple times one night with roaches in bed in the first floor bedroom. Bring bug spray and refrigerator cleaning supplies.

Girls trip

The space and set up were great. Our biggest problem was the cleanliness of the property. You could tell it had not a a cleaning since the last guest with what we found on the floors and in the rooms. It did not have sufficient supplies and we had to call for things. We found laundry in the dryer that had not dried and was musty. When we called they did deliver things. They did offer to have someone come in and clean but the gals felt they did not want people in.

Cool Place

Very nice condos. Property had a courtyard like area where we played corn hole, great place to stay. There are a lot of stairs
