Cozy Home, Lots of Light, Three Blocks from Beach

A modest ranch located off of Knowlesway that's just 1/4 mile away from Scarborough State Beach. The home features a large family room and hardwood floors. The family room opens up to a bright kitchen, where you can walk through and access an additional den in the front of the home. The master bedroom comes fully equipped with a bathroom. The front living room has a pullout couch and sleeps one person. THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDTIONING. It does have fans and one window A/C unit in the kitchen window. This house does allow hypoallergenic dogs under 20 pounds with a $100 fee per pet.

OK stay

Great location, you can walk to beach. But property shows lack of care. Shrubbery beds full of weeds, front step too high, moldings missing in bathroom, light switches in inconvenient locations, missing pillow, mismatched light bulbs, pictures not even hung on the walls, vanities too high, no scatter rugs in bedrooms, mismatched chairs. But it had a window A/C !
