Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Disappointed.
Pros: Located in the touristy center.
Negs:
Front gate was mostly locked - our stroller did not fit thru the small door in it.
Super loud music parties until 3am right outside the bedrooms windows.
The place was dirty on arrival, despite us waiting until 15:00 for "preparation". The dust-balls were all over the corners and under beds. The wardrobe hangers were covered with dirt. The dry-rack on the top of a wardrobe was covered in dust and dirt. No cleaning supplies at all - no mops, no dust sweeper, no bucket. No cleaning help was offered either.
The towels were super old. The sand on the bed sheets.
The dishes and silverware in the kitchen were all dirty so we had to rewash them.
The were no minibar or tea kettle that are listed in the description.
We have actually phoned them two weeks in advanced to confirm a tea kettle.
There were none. We needed it to make baby formula for our infant.
The original description has a free crib - we were asked 15Euros/night for it.
No free bottled water while the water from the faucet is not suitable for cooking or drinking.
A note in the apartment claims that "we recycle" In reality - there was only one broken trashcan in the place - a rusted one in a bathroom. It took us two days to get mini trashcans to replace it. Our family do recycle in Germany - we have 4 trashcans in the kitchen. That apartment has no sign on recycling.
The light is broken in the bathroom. We called, SMSed, requested via website - it was never fixed.
