Unit has high ceilings and a king size bed, the unit is bigger than a studio. Inside was obviously new and very nicely decorated. Water pressure in the shower is great! Full size refrigerator is important! Patti is obviously one of the cleanest hosts I have ever met. Bruce is a Personal Gardner and the outside is exquisite! Swimming pool, water fountain and a screened in porch. Get an early start to get a parking spot and visit numerous close by beaches! Pattiand Bruce have beach chairs and towels for your use. You are about 1 mile from Tin City for Riverside Dining and Souvenir shopping! 30 minute drive from the Everglades where you can take an Air Boat ride thru the mangroves, take a large pontoon boat and see the dolphins and book a rockery tour. Our favorite dining option is the Fish House with live music in the Isle of Capri. Excellent Italian dinner at Bellini restaurant nearby.

This property was impeccable and the host available and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Proximity to everything was great. Loved walking in to town and around the area. Definitely recommend for a getaway.

Cozy studio was very clean and comfortable although a bit small. Decor very nice. Enjoyed the patio area and amazing backyard landscape and pool. Located in Lake Park neighborhood about 1.5 miles from beautiful Lowdermilk Beach and close to retail and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

The owners were so welcoming and the studio was very accommodating with attention to little details that made our stay so special. Their pool and yard is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect. We enjoyed local restaurants, beaches, and shopping - all just a short drive away. We would definitely book this rental again if we return to the Naples area.

HIGHLY recommend!!

We stayed at this VRBO for 5 nights for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The cutest little studio with everything you need for a great vacation. Bruce and Patti made our stay feel so special. Patti always responded to any messages within 20 minutes and answered any questions we had. When we got there she gave us a quick tour of the studio and the backyard. Bruce is a gardener and he has truly made their backyard feel like a personal tropical paradise! Even just hanging out in the backyard is so fun (pool, hot tub)! When we went to the beach it was so great to take their beach supplies, bikes, and cooler bag along with us.A few recommendations we have:Food: Lake Park Diner (a short 5 minute walk), The Dock, Turco TacoExcursion: Cool Beans Catamaran (Stopped at an island to go shelling and swimming!)Beach: Lowdermilk Beach (a concession stand)Below are some pictures we took of our recommendations

Amazing getaway gem!

The owners communicated very well, welcomed us with chocolate, gave us fabulous advice for everything we asked about! The pool was heated and the hot tub was warmer. They had bikes with helmets to use to ride to the Naples Beach which is gorgeous! We would definitely recommend this to anyone with two people. We would stay again!

AMAZING!!!

Bruce and Patti made us feel like home ! So welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. Location was perfect just 5 minutes drive to 5th avenue and the beach. The united was very private , perfectly clean and comfortable bed!!We would 100% stay here again!

Great property!

All around perfect for us!

We had two very nice weeks with Patti and Bruce! The apartment is small, but equipped with everything you need. It is very clean, lovingly designed and the bed is very comfortable. Patti and Bruce made us feel very welcome and were always very, very helpful. The garden with the pool could also be used, everything here is also beautifully designed, with attention to detail. We really enjoyed ourselves and can highly recommend the apartment. Dear Patti and Bruce, thank you again for everything, we really had a wonderful time! If we are in Naples again, we will gladly come back to you. Best regards from Germany and all the best from us!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This is a beautiful guest house in a great location. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place as a 10 out of 10 One of the most beautiful landscaping I have ever seen.

Great Studio Rental

Patti and Bruce were so welcoming, when we arrived, they gave a tour of the studio and their back yard with pool and hot tub which we were able to use whenever we wanted. The studio was super clean and had everything we needed, very comfortable king bed, full kitchen, which we used daily. Beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach were a great amenity too. Any question we had was answered quickly and they were available whenever we needed anything. Great rental and we’ll stay again if we’re in the Naples area.

Fabulous Stay

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Everything was just the photos. Patti and Bruce were the best hosts. Easy to walk or bike to everything. Beautiful, private backyard oasis. Can’t wait to stay again if in the area.

Great spot close to everything

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Naples guest house very much. The unit is a small, but very nicely appointed and maintained space with a great backyard pool and hot tub area.The location is close to beaches and entertainment. Hosts Patti and Bruce were very hospitable, friendly and kind. Overall a great experience.

Hidden Gem in Naples Florida

Patti and Brad were amazing host. The communication from start to finish was spot on. The property’s amenities sold us booking our stay…if you get the opportunity to reserve a stay in Naples, Fl at their property…I can tell you from personal experience…you won’t be disappointed!
