The condo was nice except for a few issues not provided before renting. The A/C in the master bedroom was not operational so a floor unit was connected to a window with tubing. This caused the window blinds to not close properly. The sun rises on this side of the condo and with the blinds not properly closed, you had to be aware of when changing clothes. The twin bedroom was at least 15 degrees roomer than any other room. We had 2 fans and the ceiling fan running nonstop. Other than those 2 items the place is very clean, well stocked on dishes/appliances/cookware. The property management was very prompt and responsive.

Shore drive home away from home

Our condo was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. The condo had maximized a small space. We had a problem with the door lock and someone came within 15 minutes to put in new batteries and reset the system.

Toes in the Sand

If you are looking for a weekend get-away this is your place. It accommodates 4 adults. The view from the balcony is great and the location is ideal. Make sure you don't park in the lot before your check-in time. There is a lot for public parking on opposite side if you get there early. We did park in the public lot and upon moving our vehicle to our rental when we hit the check-in time we had a tenant question us rather abruptly. Great location.....very short walk to hit the sand!!

Charming place to stay right on the beach.

Myself and my family had a wonderful time staying at this location. The slightly older condo was full of beach charm which suited us perfectly. We loved being on the first floor where we could walk right out onto the beach. We had issues with the main tv after a storm that we had to have maintenance come out but everything else went fine. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredibly easy access to beach!

This property is in the perfect location on the border of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Away from the huge crowds. Property is literally on the sand. No crossing streets to get to the beach! We loved it.

Overall A Nice Unit

Unit is warm, inviting and very tastefully decorated. We had a problem with the TV in the family room. Issue was finally resolved after two days. TV in the main bedroom does not receive the same number of channels as the unit in the family room. TV in the 2nd bedroom can only be used by connecting several extension cords that we were not comfortable using. Be advised posted signs indicate only one vehicle per unit.

Beach Getaway

This was our first vacation since covid and it was me (37M), my wife (35F) who was 6 months pregnant and my son (2.5 years old). It was overall a wonderful trip as the weather was great and the apartment was right on the beach, would definitely stay again in the future.
