Yacht Club Villas #2-605 Amazing Location!

Check out this 2BR/2BA end unit in building 2 located on the 6th floor for your next stay in NMB! This spacious condo has the perfect kitchen for entertaining that overlooks the dining and living room areas. The views from the balcony are awesome of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina and the North Tower Pool.

The kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you to cook your favorite meals. New pots and pans have been added in 2023. The Primary bedroom has a king bed with a large en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with it's own private bathroom. The living room area is large and comfortable and all the rooms have flat screen TVs. The bathrooms have been updated with new toilets and showerheads in 2023 as well. The condo has a washer/dryer for your use too.

Barefoot Landing is close by and has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Check out all of the new restaurants like Lulu's and Taco Mundo which has outdoor seating and awesome views of the Waterway. Great food too! Come see one of the great shows at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues next time you are here or plan your next weekend getaway to see a concert. Barefoot Landing also has a fireworks show every Monday night in the summer and you can watch right from the balcony from this property! What a beautiful sight to see!

Clean, Spacious Condo

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. The patio has an amazing view of the water way and Barefoot Landing. We took lots of pictures on the patio at night during sunset. The pool is huge and very clean.
