There was a big whole in the bottom of the one door the elevator was dirty and the floor was old when you turned on the shower the knobs squeaked that loud that it woke everybody up the pool looked good but that building they put us in probably should’ve been condemned also the electrical outlets wer dangerous up plugged your phone charger in and it fell out of the outlet that’s a fire hazard

Nice view but beds were hard and squeeky, ice machine didnt work had to go floor to floor to find one that works, there was a light mounted outside that was blinding the building is old and disperately needs repairs elevator was nasty.

The room wasn’t like what I’m use to when I stay at Caribbean resort! The sink in the bathroom kept clogging up and that room was dated.. chipped paint on the walls just not what I’m use to from Caribbean..

Room was clean , pool area nice kids enjoyed it. Nice convient parking. Was nice housekeeper stopped to see if you had trash needed to be emptied and offer fresh towels they were very pleasant. Will say some of staff at front desk not as pleasant.
