Make sure your doors are LOCKED COMPLETELY!

My biggest concern was that the door wouldn't lock, and could be open without a key card. If I have not doubled check to see if the door was locked completely, then my room would've been accessible to anyone. Although assistant responded quickly to my concerns, I had to wait over a hour to get serviced. To share some helpful information, I think that your room keepers should double check the doors to make sure they lock completely, and just keep an eye out on the minor things, like the locks because my top lock was also broken as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay besides those those issues .

The jamaican building is worn out. The tovers seemed better, that migh be the reason for hot and cold ratings. We called for maintenance and he showed up right a way. The slider door didn't slide properly, the shower head was clogrd too. When you are pool side they lock and unlock the gates with the pool hours. I don't see how this is not a fire code violation.

This property failed us. The elevator was it working & front staff failed to tell us at check in, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator. thankfully we are young & able to go up stairs. Freshly patched whole in the wall that was not dry, & patching on ceiling in our room which was cracking. Waiting for partial refund. Would NOT recommend.

The staff was friendly, attentive and responsive which was appreciated, especially when our electronic key pad wouldn’t work two different times after check-in. Housekeeping was minimal, as in no one ever entered our room, but when we asked for towels and for our trash to be taken it was taken care of almost immediately. The hallways, elevators and gym were dirty, but the pool area and other property was kept up nicely. Our room was renovated and newer and sure quiet when we slept. Overall it was what I expected for the price and a tourist beach town. I would recommend for families.

Awesome time with family

We stayed a total of 5 nights. Really loved the view from the balcony since we were on the 14th floor. Everything is so close and convenient when it comes to restaurants, stores and attractions. The room we stayed unfortunately had not been renovated yet but did noticed the rest of the rooms on our floor had been renovated. I can definitely say we enjoyed our stay here and for sure would book at this hotel again.

Suzanne was amazing. We had flight delays and were unable to make it there on our check in day. She was able to work some magic to push back our check in day and keeps us in a three bedroom ocean front condo! We had a bedroom door lock issue and maintenance was up within the hour to fix it. House keeping stopped by daily to take trash and exchange towels. Being directly on the beach meant a lot of sand. There was no broom in the room and Front desk would not provide us with one. We bought one to do daily sweeps of the sand.

What I liked is a very short list, I liked how close to the boardwalk also real close to the Broadway at the beach. what I didn’t like was the fact that no one changed our trash the whole time we were there we had to go down to the front desk several times for toilet paper and I had to grab towels off of the car when the lady wasn’t looking cause she was always passed my room and I never had

When we arrived the system crashed had to wait in line for hours only for the manager to write down my name, said she would call as soon as she could so that I could get the keys to the room. Mind you around 6:10 I was so hot and upset that I actually jumped the line to see what the world could be taking so long only to find that the system was back up and they were checking other people in. It was wild, luckily Veronica R, was so helping and such a wonderful person that she checked me in also while handling another customer at the same time. What a great employee.The pools were DIRTY. Wilddddddd. So I did not get in the pool. I will be choosing a different resort in the future.
