"The property is beautiful but photos needs to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the posted pictures on Vrrbo. Hasn't been mowed, weed eated, or mulched in who knows when. Had to wash 2 of the beddings in the bunk room after check in because they were dirty and had a roach crawling across one of the pillows. I am originally from FL, so I know there may be some bugs if someone is not living in a residence full time. Check in was a breeze, host messaged back right away and even sent cleaners to the property with 30mins. The washer needs to be replaced. It does not spin out the water. So frustrating when you have 10 people for a week. Advertised as 5 bikes to use, only 1 was not broken. The can opener also was broken. I suggest a manual one. We had to use a knife to open a can. Also put a new bulb in the fridge. This place has great potential, just needs a little TLC. The pool was great. I absolutely loved the window that opened to the pool. We did enjoy ourselves but the washer was the worst part."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach house. Our dogs enjoyed it too! Short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. The house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated to enhance the beach experience. The kitchen was incredible! The pool and hot tub were such a fantastic bonus to this wonderful beach house. Plenty of space for the whole family and really wonderful for families with fur babies. "

"The property was perfect for a family getaway. It was very clean upon arrival. The area had everything we needed for convenience such as grocery stores, etc. very quiet area but nice for evening walks. The pool was great since we had a little one and couldn’t stay super long at the beach. Flagler and Hammock beach were within a 20-25 min drive. The house itself had everything we needed! Our daughter lives inland so this is a perfect meet up place, would definitely stay again. Also, contacting for help was super easy, and they offered early checkin which is ALWAYS so nice especially when driving from far distances!"
