"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Boise! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink at check in was a nice touch. We appreciated the complimentary waters and sodas in the lobby as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. We both agreed the bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved the extras like the fireplace in the room and the plush robe. Everything is so well thought out for a guest! We also took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service which was another great perk. It was a nice walk to the green belt, Boise State for a game and downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Hot tub jets were not working or at least not very well. Not a big deal, still soaked and did its job. Staff was amazing and very friendly on both arrival and checkout. Room was clean and very spacious with a comfortable bed. Overall a very pleasant stay!"
