The room was great. Clean. Could use maybe another table or a small closet. The reason for the 2 star was the horrible check in. We arrived around 4pm which is way past check in time and they were with one client for over 30 minutes. Then another person took forever. We were in line for almost an hour waiting to check in. They need to review their check in policies or ways of doing things because it was one of the longest check ins I've had. Waiting about an hour in line. It took them over 30 minutes to deal with just one person. The rest was fine.
