Great location and friendly staff

Nice clean room with kitchen facilities and everything you require including plates etc. Had to turn off the AC as it was very noisy but that caused the room to get warm. Incredibly noisy outside, bin emptying in the middle of the night and the appliances in the room also made a lot of noise. Having said that we had just come from the UK and our sleep sequence was out which probably didn't help Location is great for Old Town and at the edge of China Town. Short walk to the action.

The hotel was great, rooms were very clean, staff were very pleasant, but outside the hotel there was a homeless camp and people shooting drugs out in the open, which was very unsafe, specially when you are there with kids and trying to explore the area and walk around.

It appeared if you put your do not disturb out for an hour or 2, they will not come to your room that day. We were there for 4 nights. I had to call for towels and to have the trash emptied. Cleaning was done one day out of four. There was road work being done all around the hotel. Hopefully it will be done one of these days. Plus,was close to city center and river was within walking distance. Had to choose our routes carefully as there were many homeless on one of streets.

Great property. Rooms are nice and roof top pool was wonderful. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to St. Catherine St., Old Montreal and restaurants. Montreal needs to deal with homeless issue as many unfortunate souls close to hotel.

Everything is great except for homeless people in the way from the hotel to old Montréal Location at the boundary of China town makes the location excellent. 10 min walking to old Montréal. I walked from train station to the hotel, 12 to 15 min walking.

Great location for tourists—just a 10-minute walk to Old Montreal and steps away from Chinatown, where there are plenty of dining options. The included breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, the room could have been cleaner; the floor didn’t look properly vacuumed, so we were glad to have brought slippers. In addition, the conditioner was empty upon arrival and wasn’t refilled until the day after we called to request it. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the location, staff, and breakfast, but the housekeeping could be improved.
