The property is located in a great location in Montreal if you you're visiting. Lots of shopping and and dining options all within walking distance. And if you need to venture further out without taking the car, the hotel is conveniently located right on top of the Bonaventure metro station. We also enjoyed the heated on site pool.

The dining areas were excellent, along with staff. This is NOT a hotel if you have ANY accessibility issues. The wait times for checking in and out were beyond reasonable. Our room was lovely....bring your own toilet paper. No water, microwave in room. But very clean.

A hotel with a wonderful ambiance, complemented by polite, attentive, and extremely helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the charming bistro beside it. The location is ideal for exploring the city and conveniently accessing public transit.

Property is lovely. On the 10th floor is the only downfall if you’re a smoker. Walk to room was long too. Food and staff were excellent!! Very close to shopping which was nice. Definitely would stay again.

I added an extra night and they added an extra $250 deposit. So, I deposited $500 where if I had booked 2-nights, I would have had a $250 deposit only. It takes 5 days to refund the deposit. This is not a good policy and the staff were unmovable on this policy. I won't return. The carpets were also dirty. Could use a higher level of cleaning
