White Shores is a beautiful home that has its own resort style backyard that is sure to impress! The 5 bedroom, 3 bath coastal home is spacious and luxurious. The open living concept offers plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy. The king rooms, along with the bunk room, provide comfortable places for everyone. The dining area provides seating for 10, plus the kitchen bar that has seating for 6.

The community is located off of Scenic Highway 98, close to the popular Pompano Joes and Whale’s Tail restaurant as well as a few beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the Paradise Retreat community. A short drive down the road is SIlver Sands Mall (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, a Winn-Dixie, a gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making meals for families. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is a counter-height bar with 6 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just across from the kitchen. It seats 10 comfortably.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. There are plenty of comfortable seating options. From the living room, you have access to the backyard oasis and resort-style pool.

BATHROOM #1: This is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is just across from the bunk room.

BEDROOM #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM #3: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV.

BATHROOM #2: This is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is shared by Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #3: This is a king suite with a tub/shower combination. The room includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It is located in the back of the home.

BEDROOM #5: This bunk room is the first room on the left as you come in the door. It includes 3 twin over full bunk beds, a dresser, a TV, and a seating area.

LAUNDRY ROOM: This has a full-size washer and dryer.

BACKYARD: The resort-style backyard has a large pool that has several lounging spots and a kiddy shelf complete with umbrellas and bubblers. There are also comfortable seating and outside dining areas.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If any student/s reserves this property without first sending an inquiry, the reservation will be canceled with no refund. Please send us an e-mail first and wait for a reply.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 5 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

CANCELLATIONS:
-Cancellation Policy: Please review the cancellation policy on your booking channel and/or your reservation at the time of booking. This will be the cancellation policy for your reservation.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
-Should a guest cancel for any reason prior to check in, the guest is responsible for initiating cancelation. Soft Shores Vacation Rentals will not initiate cancelation for any guest at any time. Please take into consideration your refund policy and any travelers insurance you purchase should you need to cancel for any reason. Soft Shores Vacation Rentals will only refund the correct amount on said guests policy through VRBO.
