This bright and airy three-level townhouse in the heart of The Beaches of South Walton is perfect for couples or families. Three decks, fresh coastal decor, and huge windows with unobstructed views of the Gulf let you enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. Level one has one bath and two large bedrooms each with a king bed. The second king bedroom also has a sleeper sofa, overlooks the ocean and opens onto its own deck with sofa and chairs for cozy mornings or evenings by the sea. Walk upstairs to the open, high ceilinged living area, kitchen, queen bedroom and bath. The upper level is a master suite with king bed and bath, walk-in closet, sitting area and awesome views of the Gulf.

If you are looking for a GREAT beach vacation with lazy days relaxing to the sound of the surf, afternoons building sandcastles with the kiddos, and evenings toasting the sunset from your deck, then this is the place for you. For more adventure, we are conveniently located near water sports and bike rentals. The walk/bike path is just across the street. Nature? We are minutes away from multiple State Parks. Shopping? The Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall with 120 designer outlets is less than 2 miles away. Or stroll the boutiques, gift shops and galleries along 30A. Dining? We are walking distance to the top beachfront restaurants and a cool local coffee shop. Or visit the nearby Whole Foods or Publix to stock up and grill out on your own deck! Seawinds #1 comes fully stocked with linens (except beach towels) and the kitchen has everything you need! Plus the giant beach level deck has a closet full of beach chairs and beach toys, a freshwater shower, and a patio table making it easy to have fun!

Please note- We have a strict Spring Break policy and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Please note- a recent change to the fire code prohibits grilling at the property.

This unit does not have cable or satellite. All TVs are equipped for streaming.


During Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break the unit rents Saturday to Saturday.
