Great condo with beautiful views right by the beach and pool. It was exactly what I was looking for. The check in and out process was easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great View and Beach

Nice location and condo. Easy to get in and out with easy parking. Wish I would have brought my tennis racquets, nice clay courts.

Perfect and Beautiful Family Vacation

The property exceeded our expectations in almost every way. Stunning views of the ocean! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, the building provided ease of access to pools and beach, and bedrooms were comfortable. A highlight of the week was the spectacular firework show we could see from the beach for the 4th of July! Will definitely return, great experience.

The height is perfect enough to see over the dunes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The staff at the front gate were super friendly and waved every time you came on the premises.

Nicely done condo in perfect location

Beach Manor 309 exceeded our expectations! The unit is tastefully furnished and feels spacious with 9-ft ceilings. They provided everything we needed. Loved the floor to ceiling Windows overlooking the white sand beach and the lanai with sunset views. Appreciated being able to park on our condo level in a secure and covered garage. Tops’l Resort is an ideal location at the east end of Miramar Beach and next to the empty beaches of the State Park.

Getaway

The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have preferred. The door handle to the balcony came off, the kitchen faucet would come off as well.

We enjoyed the pools and also took advantage of the grilling area. Gibson provided great service with prompt responses for all of our questions and needs. Because of this I highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gibson Realty was great to work with for our last minute Condo is as pictured (the real view out to the beach is even better!). The amenities (pools and outdoor restaurant) were perfect. Just be sure to ask if there is maintenance going on at the time of your stay — we got to know the painters and sandblasters pretty well crisscrossing through their gear but all nice and not really a big deal for us. Overall a great experience..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable and clean for our week stay on Miramar Beach. The staff was very responsive to requests as well. The view from the living room and balcony was excellent, as pictured. The facility was very family friendly as well, with a couple of pool options, along with an easy walk over the bridge to the beach. I would highly recommend, and would say there's a very good chance we rent again! I would also add, it's the last of the high rise buildings on this stretch of beach, so if you're looking for a bit less crowded space, this is it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is ideal if you park on the third floor (top) of the garage (some portion is covered on top, some not). From the garage you can walk just a short distance to the unit. If you need to go to beach then you would need to ride elevator down, which is right around the corner. Unit was clean, pictures shown are accurate. Spouse thought the beds were more firm and slightly uncomfortable. Beach is clean, water is clear. Some exterior building maintenance on the walkways is being performed during the day but nothing extremely noisy. Second time visit, would return. Property Management Co was easy to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is clean and has a fantastic view. Balcony is small but big enough for 3 people to enjoy a cup of coffee or drink. Wall to wall windows in great room offer fantastic view. The beach and water are amazing! Beach is set up with an area for residents which is fantastic. However, the beach chair rental company takes up the majority of the space. Meaning you can set up your chairs in between their rows or in the small space for people renting units to bring their own chairs. This section really should be bigger. We didn’t have a problem, but we weren’t there during a busy season. The condo building was nice, grounds were pretty and people nice. Small pool was really cold, but larger pool was perfect. Large pool has food and drinks. Inside the condo, the furniture was not comfortable and outdated. The kitchen was mostly okay, but missing simple things like oven mits and pot holders. Location was good. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities like snorkeling and surfing. Close to 30A - 25 min easy drive to Seaside. Weenjoyed our stay.

The third floor has a spectacular view of the gulf and sand dunes with a balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Parking on the top level allows you to walk directly to your unit without having to use the elevators, which can't be beat. This building is the last high rise next to the park and the beach to the left is virtually empty. We had absolutely ideal weather and will definitely be back.
