The house is beautiful and in a great location for everything you want to do on the property. Clean, great location, great amenities and we talked about renting it again until we ran into a major issue with the issue with the master bedroom bed. Honestly, I would give it a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the lack of communication. The mattress had major divots on both sides and was unusable. I sent messages for 3 days before we received a response. My wife and I had to sleep on a couch. Not a sleeper sofa, the regular couch. The response by the property management company was sorry to hear that, but there is nothing we can do but give you a foam topper. When someone spends thousands of dollars to rent a properly and then they have to spend half of their vacation sleeping on the couch and the only response given is sorry here is a foam topper… it’s just unacceptable. No offer of a partial monetary refund or some kind of credit for a future rental…just sorry here is a topper. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and willingness to take care of a customer. We have stayed on property several times…we will not be staying at house or any other managed by the property management of this house.Renter beware, fantastic house unless there is an issue.
