The hotel & room clean! The furniture in the room was delaminating. Not.only did it look awful, the sharp corners put people/kids' safety at risk. Between 4:30 -5 a.m. a woman was stomping down the 3rd floor, banging on doors. I was 2nd floor & soon she was on my floor, repeating her behavior. Then sat down 10' from my door, talked on the phone and to a police officer. Needless to say, sleep was not happening. Very diappointed, as my husband had surgery and i had to be back at the hospital early. The night manager was professional when i called down to report what was happening. He really was superior in his customer service role. Many thanks to him for calming my nerves. I would gratefully accept a refund of what we spent to stay at this establishment and are willing to try another stay another time. I do have photos of the room furniture if you would like to see them. Thank you for the opportunity to express my feelings.
