The staff was warm and welcoming. I arrived in Minnesota and the temperature was well below zero outside. I arrived at the hotel and it was warm, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The room was a great size and a comfortable temperature upon arrival. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was perfect.Highly recommend this hotel!!
The bathroom was a nice size and plenty of space on the counter to put your things!

My only complaint is the receptionist was wearing a “Thing 1” red sweatshirt - from Dr Suess. The shirt doesn’t offend me or anything but it just seems like a place like the Hampton Inn should expect more from the employees. I’m not saying they even need a collared shirt but it just seemed “tacky” for such a great hotel. That’s all. Thank you

The healthy options in the breakfast buffet was welcomed after 3 weeks of travelling and eating junk. This was the best buffet by far ! Staff at check in was great, friendly and helpful. Pool hours were convenient!

Was in town to visit someone in the hospital but had a good stay at this hotel location. It’s in a busy area close to MSP airport and Mall of America, so unfortunately they do charge a $15 daily rate for parking in their lot. I didn’t know this at the time of booking and made that clear at check-in. Was pleasantly surprised to find out later that the manager waived the parking charges for our three-day stay. Our room on the 5th floor (end unit) was spacious and clean, although not entirely quiet. There was considerable ambient noise from the nearby highway but that was due to the location of the hotel in a busy area. Nothing some ear plugs couldn’t fix. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.
